Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds

1. Eligibility for Refunds

GSD Software and its affiliates offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase or initial registration. To be eligible for a refund, the cancellation request must be made within seven (7) calendar days from the registration or purchase date.

2. Refund Deductions

A processing fee of 5% and an administrative fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund to cover transaction and administrative costs. The remaining balance will be processed as a refund to the original payment method.

3. Restrictions on Refunds

Refunds are not available under the following conditions:

- After attending any portion of the training.

- If the refund request is made beyond the 7-day period from the initial registration.

- For digital products, downloadable content, or software-based purchases.

4. Submitting a Refund Request

To request a refund, you must send an email within 7 days of the registration or purchase date to [email protected]. Include:

- The name of the product or training you purchased.

- The email address used during registration.

- A brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.

Note: Refunds are subject to approval, and GSD Software reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these criteria.

5. Extenuating Circumstances

In cases of extenuating circumstances beyond the control of the attendee, such as severe illness or family emergencies, requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation will be required for consideration.

Transfers

Transfer Requests

If you are unable to attend a scheduled event, you may request a transfer to a different event date or location up to 60 days before the scheduled event date. Transfers are subject to a $99 transfer fee.

Transfer Limitations

- Transfer requests made within 60 days of the event will not be accepted.

- Only one transfer is permitted per registration.

- Transfers are valid for up to one year from the original registration date.

- Transfer requests must be submitted in writing and approved by GSD Support.

- Transferring to Another IndividualRegistrations may be transferred to another individual with prior written permission from GSD Software.

Failure to Attend

If you do not attend a registered event and have not submitted a cancellation request as outlined, your payment will be forfeited.

Product Purchase Refunds

Physical Products

Physical products (e.g., CDs, books, apparel) may be returned in their original condition within 10 days of the original purchase date. You must provide the original online order receipt number. A $30 fee will be applied for items missing original packaging or materials.

Software and Digital Products

Refunds are not available for digital or software-based products once they have been accessed or downloaded.Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 10 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription or services through one of the following methods:

Email Cancellation: Send an email to [email protected] with your request to cancel.

Include:

- The registered email address.

- The product or service you wish to cancel.

- A brief explanation for the cancellation.

Software Cancellation: Alternatively, you can cancel directly within the software platform:

- Navigate to Settings → Wallet. Select the subscription you wish to cancel and follow the on-screen instructions.

Cancellation Effective Date

Cancellations will be effective from the date we receive and process your request. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

Impact on Services

Canceling a subscription may result in loss of access to premium features, data, or tools associated with the service. Be sure to back up any necessary information before canceling.

Policy Changes

GSD Software reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
